We aim to provide smooth and transparent service to all Digi Smart Manager users. Please read our refund terms carefully.

Subscription Model

All subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) are prepaid and billed securely through our payment partner.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Payment completed but service not activated within 48 hours
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of activation (with valid reason)

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for the following situations:

  • Change of mind after activation
  • Partial usage of subscription period
  • Account suspended due to policy violation

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
